By Marlowe ships every order with tracking. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

United States

Canada

• Tracked Shipping (5–10 business days): CA$5.99
• Free Tracked Shipping (5–10 business days): orders of CA$70.01 or more

Australia

• Tracked Shipping (5–10 business days): A$5.99
• Free Tracked Shipping (5–10 business days): orders of A$75.01 or more

Other destinations

We also ship free with tracking (5–10 business days; 7–10 for South Africa) to the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and South Africa. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships. Delays at customs or with the carrier can occasionally add a few days; if your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will look into it.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the United States are not subject to import duties. For other countries, any duties or import taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes and lost parcels

Contact us at support@bymarlowe.com as soon as possible if your address is wrong; we can update it before the order ships. Parcels marked delivered by the carrier but not received should be reported within 7 days so we can open a claim.
